Wheelwright, Ph.D., is the founding Chief Operating Officer of BioInno Bioscience, a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) in China that provides GMP production of antibodies, cell therapies, and gene therapies. Dr. Wheelwright was the founding COO of Innovent Biologics in China in 2010, a major biotech company in China. Dr. Wheelwright was a founder and principal of the consulting firms Strategic Manufacturing Worldwide, Inc. (located in Arizona), and Complya Asia (located in China). Dr. Wheelwright has thirty years of experience in bringing novel products to market, including new drug applications (BLAs and NDAs) in the US and Japan.
Tamara Miller has over 20 years of international clinical operations and product development experience and is currently Senior Vice President of Product Development at Actinogen Medical Australia. As part of the Actinogen team, Tamara oversees and manages the overall product development process and strategy including pre-clinical and clinical development, clinical operations, CMC & manufacturing, regulatory operations, and R&D budget/finance operations.
In 2020 Juris became the Chairman of the Board of JSC Grindeks. Along with active professional activity in JSC Grindeks, he also held leading positions in the company’s subsidiary Kalceks. Currently, Hmelnickis holds the position of a member of the Board of Kalceks.

She has extensive knowledge in regulatory affairs of the CIS and EAEU countries. Working as COO of the Spanish-Ukrainian joint venture “Sperco Ukraina” during repatriation to Ukraine in 2012-2015 she led the reconstruction of its pharmaceutical plant according to GMP regulations.
Eiman Shafa, MD, FAAOS, is a board-certified orthopaedic spine surgeon at Twin Cities Spine Center in Minneapolis MN. Dr. Shafa was named one of Mpls. / St.Paul Magazine’s Top Doctors: Rising Stars for the last three consecutive years, and he recently received the 20 Under 40 Award by NASS Spine in 2021.
