Sanofi's Board of Directors has announced the proposal for the appointment of new Independent Director as Anne-Françoise Nesmes
Anne-Françoise Nesmes is the Chief Financial Officer of Smith + Nephew PLC and will step down at the end of Q1 2024. She has served on the Board of Compass Group PLC as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee. Nesmes has held finance roles at GlaxoSmithKline PLC, Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC, and Merlin Entertainments PLC. She holds a Master’s degree from Grenoble Business School and an MBA from Henley Management College, and is a Chartered Management Accountant.
