Audrey Duval Derveloy Appointed Global Head of Corporate Affairs at Sanofi

Sanofi has announced the appointment of Audrey Duval Derveloy as Executive Vice President, Global Head of Corporate Affairs.

Audrey will join Sanofi’s Executive Committee and report directly to CEO Paul Hudson. She will be based in Paris.

In her new role, Audrey will oversee Sanofi’s global stakeholder engagement and corporate social responsibility strategy. This includes managing the company's Global Health Unit and philanthropic arm, Foundation S. She will also retain her position as President of Sanofi France, continuing to represent and coordinate the company's interests with external stakeholders in France.

Audrey Duval Derveloy joined Sanofi from Novartis in September 2022 as President of Sanofi France. With a background in medicine and extensive experience in the healthcare industry, Audrey has held various roles, including Researcher at the Pasteur Research Center, Scientific Expert at Salusmed, and positions at Pfizer and Novartis. She earned her Medical Doctorate from Paris Faculté de Médecine Cochin and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Biology.

Audrey Duval Derveloy commented on her new role: “Over the past two years, I have seen firsthand the dedication of our employees in France to serving patients globally.
