Sandoz Appoints Pascal Bouye as President, Generics Manufacturing & Supply

Sandoz has announced a series of leadership appointments aimed at strengthening its global operations, manufacturing, and business development capabilities.

Among the changes, Pascal Bouye has been appointed President, Generics Manufacturing & Supply and a member of the Sandoz Executive Committee. He succeeds Glenn Gerecke, who will step down from the Executive Committee and transition to a new role within the company.

Bouye brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in global supply chain management and operational transformation across highly regulated consumer goods industries. Prior to joining Sandoz, he held senior executive positions at Danone and Mars, where he led large international teams, optimized manufacturing networks, and drove continuous operational improvements. His expertise is expected to support the continued growth and efficiency of Sandoz's high-volume generics business.

In another key appointment, Keren Haruvi, President of North America, will take on additional responsibility for the company's global mergers and acquisitions activities. Before joining Sandoz, she served as Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Novartis, leading major strategic transactions and portfolio development initiatives.

Sandoz also announced several regional leadership changes. Simon Goeller, currently Global Head of Transformation & Growth, has been appointed Country President for Germany, the company's second-largest global market. Thomas Weigold will transition from Country President, Germany, to Head of the Central Cluster, Europe. Meanwhile, Max Juerging will serve as interim head of the Transformation & Growth team while the company searches for Goeller's successor. These appointments also take effect on August 1.
