SpyGlass Pharma Appoints Shannon Treviño as General Counsel

SpyGlass Pharma has appointed Shannon Treviño as General Counsel, strengthening its executive leadership team as the late-stage biopharmaceutical company continues to advance its growth strategy.

Treviño brings extensive legal, corporate governance, and compliance expertise, with a proven track record of supporting publicly traded healthcare companies through key business milestones.

In her new role, Treviño will oversee SpyGlass Pharma's legal affairs, corporate governance, compliance, and strategic transactions, helping to support the company's continued development and commercialization efforts.

Before joining SpyGlass Pharma, Treviño served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Inari Medical, where she led the company's legal and compliance functions. During her tenure, she played a key role in guiding Inari Medical through its $4.9 billion acquisition by Stryker and was instrumental in the acquisition and integration of LimFlow.

Earlier in her career, Treviño was an attorney at Sugg Law Group, advising early-stage and high-growth companies on corporate governance, commercial agreements, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic matters. She also spent eight years as a Clinical Professor and Director of the Transactional Lawyering Institute at Loyola Marymount University Loyola Law School, where she taught courses on venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and in-house legal practice while co-authoring two editions of a textbook on startup financing.

Treviño began her legal career as a corporate attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP, where she practiced from 2006 to 2015.

She earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from LMU Loyola Law School and holds an A.B. degree from Princeton University.

Her appointment reflects SpyGlass Pharma's commitment to strengthening its legal and corporate leadership as it advances its long-term business and strategic objectives.
