Blake Leitch

Xspray Pharma has appointed Blake Leitch as Chief Executive Officer, bringing more than 20 years of international experience in pharmaceutical marketing and sales.
 
He will succeed Per Andersson, who will transition to the role of Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) to focus on the company’s research and development initiatives.

The leadership transition is part of Xspray Pharma’s strategy to strengthen its commercial focus as the company advances toward becoming a fully commercial pharmaceutical organization. With two drug candidates currently under regulatory review and its patented HyNap™ technology platform supporting a growing portfolio of improved cancer therapies, the company aims to accelerate product development and market readiness.

Leitch currently serves as Vice President and Commercial Manager for Europe at Biocon Biologics and has previously held leadership roles at Biogen and Bayer. Andersson, who has led the company since its early stages, will continue to drive scientific innovation and pipeline expansion through his new role.
