Paul Quinlan, with two decades of experience in legal and compliance roles within the biotech industry, previously served as General Counsel at CymaBay Therapeutics. His extensive legal background will be instrumental as Oruka progresses towards becoming a public company. Quinlan holds an LLM from Columbia Law School and a JD from Queen’s University in Canada.
