Susan R. Salka
Parexel has announced the addition of Susan R. Salka to its Board of Directors.
Bringing over three decades of expertise in healthcare leadership and staffing, Ms. Salka's experience includes her successful tenure as Chief Executive Officer and President at AMN Healthcare, where she played a pivotal role in expanding the company into the nation’s largest provider of healthcare workforce solutions. Under her guidance, AMN successfully integrated over 20 acquisitions and became a recognized leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
“Susan’s vast experience in the healthcare sector will be a tremendous asset to Parexel as we continue to evolve in a rapidly changing industry,” said Sheri McCoy, Chairperson of the Board. “Her leadership and strategic insights will be instrumental as we advance our growth initiatives and deliver innovative solutions to our clients.”

Prior to her role as CEO, Ms. Salka held various leadership positions at AMN, including President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. She also serves on the Board of Directors for McKesson Corporation, a leading global healthcare services company, and has previously served on the boards of Beckman Coulter and Playtex. In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Salka is dedicated to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives and currently serves as Honorary Consul to Guatemala, supporting trade and humanitarian efforts between Guatemala and the United States. She holds an MBA in Finance from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from Chadron State College.
