Baxter Appoints Jeffrey A. Craig to Board of Directors
Baxter International Inc., a global leader in medical technology, has announced the appointment of Jeffrey (Jay) A. Craig, former Executive Chair and CEO of Meritor Corporation, to its board of directors.
Craig will also serve on Baxter’s Audit Committee. His appointment, increases the total number of directors to 12.
