Clotilde Delbos
Sanofi's Board of Directors has announced the proposal for the appointment of new Independent Director as Clotilde Delbos
Clotilde Delbos is currently a director at Axa and Alstom and has extensive experience in finance and executive roles. She has held positions in internal audit, mergers and acquisitions, and treasury at Price Waterhouse and Pechiney before joining the Renault Group. She was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer and later served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Renault SA, among other roles. Delbos was honored with the Légion d’Honneur in 2021 and graduated from EM Lyon with a specialization in accounting.
