Kostas Rengis
Adragos Pharma has appointed Konstantinos “Kostas” Rengis as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant leadership transition for the global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO).
Rengis succeeds Andreas Raabe, who founded the company and has guided its expansion over the past six years.
Rengis brings extensive international leadership experience across pharmaceutical manufacturing, research and development, and CDMO operations. Over the course of his career, he has successfully led complex multi-site organizations spanning Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia. Most recently, he served as Group CEO of FAMAR, where he oversaw a major transformation of the business, driving operational improvements and strengthening commercial performance across the organization.
Under Dr. Raabe’s leadership, Adragos Pharma expanded rapidly from a newly established company into a multinational CDMO operating six facilities across five countries. The company has built a strong presence in the pharmaceutical outsourcing market by supporting partners with manufacturing and development capabilities across multiple regions.
Although stepping away from day-to-day leadership responsibilities, Dr. Raabe will remain actively involved with Adragos as a shareholder and strategic advisor, focusing on investment activities and long-term guidance for the business.
The company stated that the leadership transition has been carefully structured to ensure continuity for customers, partners, and employees. A formal handover period is underway to maintain operational stability and reinforce Adragos Pharma’s position as a reliable long-term partner within the global pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
