Detra Glinatsis
Rentschler Biopharma SE, a leading global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) for biopharmaceuticals, has appointed Detra Glinatsis as Head of Business Development, US.
This newly created role reflects the company’s continued investment in strengthening its commercial presence and customer partnerships in the U.S. market.
Ms. Glinatsis returns to Rentschler Biopharma, where she previously held the role of Senior Director of Business Development, and brings deep familiarity with the company’s culture, capabilities, and strategic priorities. Based at Rentschler Biopharma’s Milford, Massachusetts location, she will lead all U.S. business development activities and report to Dr. Patrick Meyer, Global Head of Business Development.
With more than 20 years of experience in sales and business development across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and contract manufacturing sectors, Ms. Glinatsis offers extensive industry expertise and a strong track record of building long-term client relationships. Prior to rejoining Rentschler Biopharma, she served as Vice President of Business Development at Northway Biotech. Her previous roles also include positions of increasing responsibility at AGC Biologics, Sartorius, Gallus BioPharmaceuticals, and Avecia Biologics.
Ms. Glinatsis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Akron, Ohio. Her appointment further strengthens Rentschler Biopharma’s leadership team and underscores the company’s commitment to expanding its U.S. footprint while continuing to deliver high-quality development and manufacturing solutions to biopharmaceutical partners worldwide.
