Jacquelyn Martin
Veranova, a global leader in the development and manufacturing of specialty and complex active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, has appointed Jacquelyn Martin as Chief Quality Officer (CQO).
In this role, she will provide global leadership across Veranova’s Quality and Regulatory functions, supporting the company’s continued commitment to excellence in quality, compliance, and growth across advanced pharmaceutical modalities.
Martin brings more than 20 years of quality leadership experience within the pharmaceutical and contract development and manufacturing (CDMO) sectors, with expertise spanning multiple therapeutic modalities. She most recently served as Chief Quality and Regulatory Compliance Officer at Alcami Corporation, where she led quality and regulatory oversight across a global network of CDMO facilities. During her tenure, she drove meaningful improvements in quality system maturity, inspection readiness, and organizational quality culture.
Earlier in her career, Martin held senior quality leadership roles at Gilead Sciences, AAIPharma Services, and TriPharm Services. In addition to her corporate experience, she has served as a trusted advisor to multiple organizations, supporting compliance initiatives and large-scale operational transformation efforts.
Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of South Carolina–Columbia. Her appointment further strengthens Veranova’s executive leadership team as the company continues to expand its capabilities and deliver high-quality, compliant API solutions to pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners worldwide.
